So I've never watched a single episode of The City, with a new house I'm super busy lately decorating all the time. But that doesn't mean that I haven't noticed a few stylish gals in all the promo ads on MTV. One such "social" is Olivia the bitchy new friend of Whitney Port. I think despite all the bitchiness the girl def. has some style!
