Kia Presents Korea's First Production Electric Model, the New Ray EV

The new Ray EV is not only Kia's first attempt to enter the electric car market but it is also the first production EV to be introduced by a Korean automaker.

The battery-powered model is based on the recently launched Ray city car, which is only offered in Kia's home market. It shares the regular model’s major dimensions and, in a global first for an EV manufacturer, is built on the same production line as the conventional combustion-engine models.

2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 380 GT Makes a Quick Appearance on Film

It has been a while in internet time since we last heard about the revitalized 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe – a little over a month, to be precise, when the facelifted model was introduced in its home market of South Korea.

We still don't know when and where Hyundai plans to debut the sports car in North America, although we presume it will most likely take place in one of the upcoming international motorshows like the Detroit venue in January, the Chicago Auto Show in February or the New York Auto Show in April.

"The export of thousands of Camry vehicles to South Korea is an important development that builds on the great work of our talented U.S. team members as well as our extensive investments across North America to help maintain a strong, stable base of U.S. jobs," said Yoshimi Inaba, president and COO of Toyota Motor North America, Inc.

Toyota and Honda want to Win Back Sales Share from Hyundai Sonata with New Models

Not too long ago, if someone told you that a South Korean model would challenge America’s best selling sedan, the Toyota Camry, you would have probably laughed in his or her face.
Needless to say, a lot has changed over the past few years with Hyundai and in particular its latest Sonata sedan, not only challenging, but this past May even surpassing the Camry in U.S. sales for the first time in history.
Of course, the fact that Toyota’s production capabilities were seriously affected by the aftermath of the March 11 earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster in Japan, played a significant role in Hyundai’s accomplishment.

Jeon Hye-Bin (born September 27, 1983 in Seoul, South Korea) is a South Korean actress and singer known as Bin. First debuting as part of a girl trio named LUV, she found mainstream success in 2005. Her single "2AM" was frequently performed, as it showcased her sexy dance abilities. However, Jeon came under heavy criticism for being overtly sexual in performances, and moved onto a second single "Bin-Go", which showed a cuter, less sexual image.

On January 21, 2006, Kim Jong Kook, Jeon Hye-Bin, and Im Tae Kyung participated in Thuy Nga's Paris by Night 81 concert in California. Jeon performed "2AM".

An accident in early 2006 forced Jeon to have surgery done, and under the advice of others, she underwent nose and teeth reconstruction. She eventually confirmed that she underwent plastic surgery when rumors were quickly spreading about the change in her appearance. She appeared as one of the six women on Heroine 6, a popular segment on the KBS variety show Happy Sunday until it ended in 2007.

At a press conference in 2008, Jeon stated that she will be focusing on her acting career.
