Hi !!!
i was suffered fm TB long time back around 5 yrs back .... i am scared whether due to this reason my I-485 gonna be rejected. I already went trought the full 9 months medication at that time and been fully cures as my own mamaji was a TB specialist.
Can someone suggest me if they have gone through the same case. And if i need any documents to let them know that i am fully cured because my X-ray shows that spot/scars which says that i had TB and my mamaji told me that the scars will never go because of the medcation thing?? Please help

Don't have to mentioned N/A in each and every field. You can just leave them blank, it wont be an issue.

Can my new employer file a H-1B transfer based on my previous I-94 and H-1B approval notice and nonstop paystubs? Can I start to work for my new employer once I get the receipt notice?!

After the initial H-1B period maxes out, the beneficiary needs to move out of the US but not necessarily to the home country, for at least a year. Company A can not by law press any charges for the filing fees of H1B petition but they might go after you to pay for other costs in case you have agreed to pay for attorney fees.

My application for an H1B change of status has been denied. I am an F-1 student from Colombia and I was offered a job from THe CDC at Atlanta. According with the USCIS report, the petition was denied because I am going to be hired for a staffing company and not directly for the CDC. It will be possible to appeal the desicion ? If yes, what will my sponsor company need to be succesful with this appealing ?

Hi.
I am planning to invoke AC21 via H1B.
My old employer have no issues continuing the same attorney for my future needs.
My new employer asked me to go with their attorney... but I am planning to go with my old guy who applied my 485.
Can I pay AC21, future expenses etc charges from my pocket since I am going with my old attorney.
Is it OK to me paying fees for the GC instead of Employer? Or I shud go with New company Attorney?
Appreciate your help on this.

USCIS is increasing fees of various applications from 23, November 10

Is there anyway we can find the fee strcutrure that was inplace in 1999, 2000. Later there was an increase around 2001 i think. Then onwards every couple of years fee has been increasing continuosly for 129, 131, 140, 485, 765 . May be more categories that might be applicable for employment based immigration.
My point is if we can present the facts in a nice manner to IV core team, may be they can come up with a plan to shed more light, potentially plan of action

Also, when would the next years quota become available and when can one start working at the earliest ?
Is there any other way to file for H1-B now and work..?
