With the inspiration of the movie 'In the mood for love' the group of creatives descended on Gold Reef City and the Swallows Inn to make this teaser. Featuring the art direction of Colin O'Mara Davis (who just so happens to be a swell friend), styling by Jessica Lupton and make-up/hair by Stephanie Payendee and presenting Kelly and Akio from Star models.

BARTON PEREIRA FEATURING GIOVANNI RIBISI

If I were to be an actor I would hope for a career like Giovanni Ribisi's. With looks that don't match his name it has been interesting to watch him evolve over the years. Pretty boy actors only get so many types of roles so it tasks actors like Ribisi to handle the cool roles. And his cool is so effortless.

Catch this video of the actor as he motors around looking chic and slick for Barton Pereira, in his own Ribisi shades, no less. The video was shot by Keith Musil in a ship crate yard.

I am seeing a trend forming. Fashion, film, weird dancing and the Amish influence? Willy Vanderperre directs this short film which features Victor Nylander drenched in the latest Dior Homme (Fall 2011) collection. It is a gorgeous video so do take a look at The Wanderer, below.

MUST SEE: THE PLASTICS - CAROLINE

Filmed in the bassist Karl's apartment, The Plastics return with their new video for a great mellow tune entitled Caroline. Lot's of kissing going on in the background, fun video. Directed by the sought after South African Thomas Ferreira who has shot video's for Jack Parow and Fokofpolisiekar. Check it out above.

MUST SEE: DANCING WITH LANVIN 2011 CAMPAIGN

This is a good way to start a day off. Bet you didn't expect Alber Elbaz dancing with a selection of models in his fine gear. This fun and awkwardly choreographed video is genius and you should check it out below. This is said to be the work of Steven Meisel who filmed a similar video for Prada this year too.

Burberry Prorsum has selected Man of the Cloth to treat its dear readers to a live feed of their show on Saturday the 18th of June 2011... or tomorrow.  For those who are eager to buy from the Spring Summer '12 collection, outerwear will immediately be made available online! How cool is that? I was offered tickets to this show last week but it was just too short notice to arrange. Bleak but definitely next season though! Take a look below. CHANEL CRUISE 2012 "TALE OF A FAIRY" BY KARL LAGERFELD

There is no doubting Karl Lagerfeld. His career says enough without me adding anything. It also goes without saying this man knows how to come up with visually pleasing images. So much so that he thought it may be a good idea to extend that to video. We already know what happened with that Hogan commercial so when I heard about this Chanel cruise 2012 video I was a little concerned. Youtube commenters thought it was a little pretentious. And it is, and overly dramatic and horribly scripted but it is fun to be transported into whatever world Kaiser Karl lives in. If just for a moment. Where all the players are beautiful and decked out in the latest Chanel. Take a look below.

The 25 minute film features a slew of familiar names that include Kristen McMenamy, Mark Vanderloo, Amanda Harlech, Baptiste Giabiconi, Freja Beha Erichsen, Brad Kroenig, Anna Mouglalis, Seth Kuhlmann, Bianca Balti, Jake Davies, Oriol Elcacho and Sebastien Jondeau.

Watch this fascinating little interview on CNN with Tom Ford. He discusses decisions to stay at Gucci for as long as he did and his strained relationship with Yves Saint Laurent. You may be aware that a documentary is to be released giving you full access to the designer in all aspects of his life. The hour long documentary will air on June 24th on OWN. I can't wait to get hold of that!

YVES SAINT LAURENT EYEWEAR COLLECTION 2011

Proving they can model their peepers too, Othilia Simon and Clément Chabernaud front the current Eyewear campaign for Yves Saint Laurent. The clever and very simple concept by Karim Sadli came out well for the campaign. See? Not flashy but still classy.

ALBINO MODEL SHAUN ROSS FOR KATY PERRY VIDEO

I have mentioned Shaun Ross before. He is one of the few albino models making a name for himself internationally as an alternative model. Much like Andrej Pejic his look is not widely used and you would think the industry might not accept such a model but clearly they do! I am all for new and different and I think it was a clever and beautiful choice for Katy Perry's music video.

The video, which includes Kanye West floating around rapping, finds us up in the cosmos with Perry looking down at earth and what I presume to be it's decay. Eventually she lands in a scrap yard where she discovers a robot which she brings to life with a kiss. As the robot transforms into a naked albino male, the wind blows off her dress to reveal that she herself has changed into a half-doe creature. And then they walk off into the sunset. Take a look at the video below.

GUCCI GUILTY HOMME FRAGRANCE

Another sent on my to-smell list is Gucci's newest offering for men. With lavender, citrus and patchouli among the scents, the new Gucci Guilty promises a pleasing version to their women's perfume. The campaign as you may recall (released Dec. 2010) was beautifully shot by Frank Miller and features the gorgeous Evan Rachel Wood (hugely underestimated actress if you ask me) and Chris Evans. The soundtrack features Bat for lashes covering Strangelove originally by Depeche Mode.
